This Privacy Policy explains how KOOKOO ("KooKoo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the KooKoo mobile application and related services ("App").

KooKoo is a short-form video social platform where users can create, upload, watch, like, comment on, share, follow, and interact with video content. By using KooKoo or creating an account, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

This Policy applies to all users of the App worldwide. We collect information and content that you choose to create or upload, including videos, captions, comments, profile photos, likes, follows, and music selections associated with your videos where applicable. Draft videos may remain stored locally on your device until uploaded or deleted.

Device & Usage Information

We may collect device type, operating system and app version, app interactions, views, likes, comments, follows, searches, reports, blocks, crash information, performance diagnostics, and network/connectivity information.

Device Permissions

KooKoo may request access to your camera, microphone, photos/media, audio or music, and notifications when required for specific features. These permissions are used only for the relevant App functionality and can generally be managed through your device settings.

Safety & Moderation

We may process reports, blocks, moderation information, and automated content-safety checks, including model-based screening, to help detect unsafe or prohibited content and maintain a safe community.
