Community Guidelines

KOOKOO BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED (“KOOKOO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and inclusive community for everyone using the KOOKOO application (“App”). These Community Guidelines ensure respectful interaction, promote trust, and foster a positive environment for all users.
1. Respectful Behavior
- Treat others with respect. Do not harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others.
- Hate speech, discrimination, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic are strictly prohibited.
- Trolling, deliberate provocation, and abusive language will result in action against your account.
2. Safe Content Sharing
- Do not share or upload content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Content meant to shock, disgust, or threaten the safety of others is not allowed.
- Avoid posting misleading information, including fake news, impersonation, or misinformation.
3. No Spam or Unsolicited Promotions
- Do not use the App to send spam, unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or chain letters.
- Misusing features to artificially increase engagement or followers is not permitted.
4. Protect Privacy
- Never share another person’s personal or confidential information without their consent.
- Respect the privacy of all users, and avoid attempts to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or data.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
- Do not post material that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
6. Child Safety
- Content featuring or targeting minors must comply with child protection laws.
- Do not exploit or endanger children in any way.
7. Security and Harm Prevention
- Do not upload content that could introduce malware, phishing, or harm to other users’ devices.
- Report vulnerabilities, abuse, or suspicious activities to KOOKOO’s support team.
8. Community Participation
- Use reporting tools to flag inappropriate or violating content or behavior.
- Actively contribute to maintaining a positive environment by providing constructive feedback and respecting diverse opinions.
9. Enforcement and Consequences
- Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account ban.
- Severe or repeated violations will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.
10. Updates to the Guidelines
We may revise these Community Guidelines as needed. Major updates will be communicated to users through the App. We encourage periodic review of the guidelines to stay informed.
