Reports can be submitted via the App or by email to support@kookoo.co.in.
All reports are reviewed by the moderation team under Community Guidelines and applicable law.
Severe violations may be escalated to law enforcement where required.

4. Law Enforcement & Data Request Response

KOOKOO complies with valid legal requests from Indian law enforcement, including:

Removal of content or accounts via court order.
User data disclosure only under lawful process, following verification and legal compliance.

User privacy is protected through minimal and lawful disclosure principles.

5. Algorithmic Transparency

Guidelines provided on how recommendations, trends, and notifications work.
Algorithms are refined regularly to improve fairness and user experience.
Optional self-verification features available for users to enhance credibility.
